Our Modern Adventure is a time to savor the incredible flavors and culture of Vietnam. We start our journey in Hanoi, where we’ll explore world-class art galleries, wander the ancient lanes of the Old Quarter, sip fresh bia hoi and try delicious French-Vietnamese fusion, pho tiu, and cà phê trứng.

From Hanoi, we’ll fly south to Hue, the Imperial City. Here we’ll revel in the ancient history of Vietnam as we explore palaces, shrines and awe-inspiring architecture. We’ll explore the delightful Dong Ba market and take a trip to Thao Tan Village, where local farmers and artisans will show us their craft. As we leave Hue, we’ll venture to Hai Van Pass, the literal highest pass in Vietnam.

To cap off our trip, we’ll spend our final days in Hoi An and go deep into Vietnamese cuisine. And what better way to kick it off than a foodie tour on the backs of scooters! As our trip comes to a close, we’ll relax and relish in the journey thus far, feasting on the most delicious Vietnamese food, with a final night beachside under the night sky as we celebrate together.
